Go to "more" on you'r page then go to
"edit setings". Click on
"Idententy" to change your icon
(it has to be 50x50 pixles big)
and you signature.

I recomend geting a free paint program called "paint.net" it will let you crop and shrink any picture you want and post if for your icon without geting blury and pixlated like "Windows paint".
